SPECIAL NOTE
Excitedly, Sarah Lee has accepted an amazing invitation to train with a high level performance company in Guinea so she will be out of the country, in Africa, from October 12th, 2011 to May 30th, 2012. Sarah Lee's intention is to return to Seattle in June 2012 and resume teaching weekly classes, ready to share all of what she has learned during these intensive 8 months! While in Guinea, she has lined up 3 incredible artists to teach classes. Please come out and dance with them!

MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & THURSDAYS 7:30-9:00pm
This class is both a great introduction to West African Dancing, AND a great place to expand into intermediate/advanced level dancing. You will learn posture, technique, movement vocabulary and steps, all to live infectious music provided by the
One World Dance Band.
Sarah Lee teaches a variety of traditional dances from Guinea West Africa and you will find yourself enjoying the movements of these dances, as well as the workout it gives you. With Sarah Lee's friendly "show and go" style of teaching, you will develop the strength, fitness and coordination needed to move and express yourself through these amazing and joyous African dances. You will learn the movement vocabulary and rhythms that make up this beautiful art form and meet great like-minded people. Come out and give it a try, you will LOVE IT!
